We were asked to do an animation describing a Transformation Lab. The assignment was to describe this lab to someone has has never done this expirement. We need to explain it well enough for them to understand and perform the expirement. My animation is just illustrations of all the materials that is needed and information on the actual process of Bacterial Transformation.
The link to your animation isn't working but it looks like you have a good start. Remember that you are inserting the GENE for a FP, not the protein itself.
